Casa Bella Residences by B&B Italia brings the elegance of Italian design to Miami’s Arts and Cultural District at 1400 Biscayne Boulevard, directly across from the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts. Developed by Related Group, this 56-story luxury tower marks the first residential collaboration with the renowned Italian design house B&B Italia.

Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors curated by Piero Lissoni, the building features sculptural curved balconies, a rippled glass façade, and sophisticated residences ranging from approximately 1,953 to 3,799 square feet, including ten penthouses among 319 total units.

An 11th-floor amenity deck offers Italian-inspired gardens by Enzo Enea, an 80-foot lap pool, spa, pergolas, pickleball court, and bar. A rooftop pool and lounge crown the tower, delivering panoramic bay and skyline views.
